Micromanaging

I give employees a lot of leeway in breaks, lunch time, work from home, sick days, family leave, and further education.   I don’t believe in micromanaging.  It sucks the life out and creates a high stress environment.  A good employee will work hard because they believe in the company culture.  If I had to micromanage an employee… they wouldn’t be here long.   Hire the right people and give them room to do their jobs.
